Horizon Drive – Maribyrnong – Rocket Broadband update:
STATUS: TAKING ORDERS

 

To all residents of Horizon Drive. Buildings 1-6 and 9 and 10

Rocket Networks have recently completed the new system installation, providing high-speed internet to most buildings who are without direct NBN access at Horizon Drive, Maribyrnong.
We are currently going through the process of testing all services installed onsite to review load and performance and iron out any bugs this week.

Once all is confirmed ok and we can start to take orders for the first batch of installations next week via the order form.
Please note, we have a limited capacity due to the restrictions with installation and would like to limit the installations into batches of ten (10), to monitor performance and load.

Once we have the ordering system updated via our online system, we will update this page from CURRENTLY TESTING to TAKING ORDERS in the status header above

SPECIAL NOTE:

Rocket Broadband does not support or provide landline phone or ISP email services.

If you require a local landline for health and safety reasons or just personal reasons, please do not subscribe to Rocket Broadband as this will be removed with the change to Rocket.

If you have an ISP supplied email address, we strongly suggest you move to a free hosted email account like Google Gmail, or Yahoo or Hotmail. These are ISP independent.
Most ISP will allow you to keep your older email account active, however, this is usually for a small monthly charge. Contact your current ISP to find out more.

Please add your building number in the Apartment box in the order form. EG: B1 / A123

Also, remember to disconnect your older ISP services to avoid paying for both services at the same time!
